style(settings): adjust settings container height to account for header

Reduce the settings page container height calculation from
calc(100vh - 100px) to calc(100vh - 70px) so the content fits the
visible viewport when the header height is 70px. This prevents
unnecessary vertical overflow and avoids extra whitespace at the
bottom of the settings page.
