fix(dashboard): build the live EPG keys as JSON, not raw control bytes

The scope and programme keys used U+0000/U+0001/U+0002 as separators, written as real control characters. Git classified the file as binary and stopped showing textual diffs for it. JSON encoding is unambiguous for arbitrary URLs and channel titles alike and keeps the source text.
