docs(changes): drop catalog titles from the pending TMDB spelling note

Release notes are published verbatim — into CHANGELOG.md, the GitHub release
body and the Telegram/Reddit announcement drafts. This one illustrated the
folding bug with three series names taken straight from a user's own portal
catalog, which is not ours to publish. Name the letter instead of the titles:
the example is clearer for a reader who does not know those shows anyway.

Russian titles containing "й" or "ё" ("Фейк", "Волшебный участок", "Молодой
Шерлок") and Arabic titles with hamza letters ("أطرق بابي") now match on TMDB.
The search used to send a folded spelling ("феик") that TMDB never recognised
and cached the miss for a week; those cached misses are cleared on the next
start.
