Resolves the zoneless flag (#1824) against the devtools swap: the new
electron-e2e-zoneless configuration keeps electron-e2e's devtools
replacement ahead of its change-detection swap, and app.config.ts takes
both provider imports (AppConfig was only read for the devtools).

Review follow-ups in the same commit:
- The build-config test also checks that store-devtools.providers.dev.ts
  still provides provideStoreDevtools (Greptile), and counts
  electron-e2e-zoneless among the development configurations.
- renderer.initialBytes measured again on the merged tree: 1,595,777
  bytes (pnpm nx build web && pnpm run perf:initial-bytes), evidencePr
  #1810 (Greptile, Codex).
