Normalize .coderabbit.yaml structure and add automatic issue labeling. Move auto_review under the top-level reviews key to match expected nesting and restore YAML schema comment. Introduce issue_enrichment.labeling with auto_apply_labels and detailed labeling_instructions for bug, enhancement, and documentation so issues are categorized automatically and consistently. Fix minor formatting and spacing to improve readability and tooling support.
