4grayandClaude Fable 5 3b6107335d fix(stalker): carry a repaired portal mode into the playback headers ...

A lazy repair rewrites the portal mode as well as the endpoint. The
collection playback headers folded only the resolved URL and MAC over the
stored row, so a playlist repaired from simple to full kept its stale
isFullStalkerPortal flag — and the mode-aware token resolver then returned
none, emitting a same-host gated stream without its Bearer header on the
very playback the repair existed to rescue.
