4gray 9a94570a6a fix(xtream): preserve favorites across catalog refreshes (#1934 )

Preserve Xtream favorites independently of provider catalogs, including saved metadata, typed identity and backup restore progress. Keep unavailable items visible and removable, and guard catalog-dependent actions until compatible content returns.

Closes #1937.
