* style(ui): one kit frame for floating panels and toasts The EPG import panel, the update notification and every snack-bar take the dialog's surface, hairline and shadow through a shared floating-panel mixin; the update card's actions become kit secondary and accent buttons. A failed guide source is reported once, in the import panel with its Retry, instead of also as a raw error toast. A theme-tokens E2E measures both panels, the dialog and the toast in both themes. Now that the renderer no longer toasts a failed batch, the row carries this failure too, with its Retry. Each theme now refreshes the source right before measuring. Both now take the shared look and Material's bottom-centre position. The theme E2E closes its guide server on every failure path. The generic toast stays for that case; with progress reporting the panel row carries the error.
