4grayandClaude Opus 5.5 2b28b5ac84 feat(workspace): cinematic rotating dashboard hero ...

Replace the dashboard's card hero with a full-bleed cinematic banner that
rotates between the newest unfinished title, a favourite (or recent)
channel with a programme on air, and a favourite plus a recently added
title.

- New DashboardHeroComponent + DashboardHeroSlidesPresenter; slide
  selection is pure (pickDashboardHeroSources) with stable order, so a
  late live slide never moves the active one.
- Bleeds to the content-area edges, clamp(320px, 42vh, 520px) height, and
  a page-background scrim so it dissolves into the rails in both themes.
- No 16:9 backdrop: blurred poster wash plus sharp key art on the right.
- TMDB extras gain overview and year; live slides show EPG synopsis and
  category. The live EPG presenter derives and pins hero live candidates
  itself, independent of the live rails.
- 8 s rotation driven by the active dot's fill animation; pauses on hover,
  focus and via a pause button; no auto-advance with reduced motion;
  roving arrow keys on the dots.
- Moves the hero out of workspace-dashboard-rails (841 -> 700 lines).
