4grayandClaude Fable 5.1 9b5586d328 test(xtream): pin the series page's forced-launch bookkeeping (#1927) ...

Regression coverage for the series page's forced MPV/VLC launch bookkeeping from #1792: a regular start made while a forced launch is pending is queued and starts once it settled; the launch-position marker and the launch-failure message apply only while the page token is unchanged; `startPending` holds the watched actions and the external-player row. Tests and a doc pointer only.
