Retranslate SETTINGS.EPG_URL_LABEL, EPG_URL_PLACEHOLDER, EPG_URL_ERROR,
EPG_SOURCES_DESCRIPTION and EPG_EMPTY_HINT in 16 locales that still kept
the URL-only meaning after local XMLTV files became EPG sources (#1600).
