electron-builder does not derive the updater metadata name from the
prerelease tag for the GitHub provider: the first nightly run produced
latest-mac.yml / latest.yml / latest-linux.yml, and the publish step
refused the release for lack of nightly-*.yml. The nightly apply step now
also sets publish[0].channel to nightly in electron-builder.json.
