4grayandClaude Fable 5.1 88765c7bf0 chore(workspace): drop leftover global-favorites-list template and styles (#1935) ...

The component moved to @iptvnator/portal/shared/ui, which owns its own
template and stylesheet. The workspace shell kept only a re-export shim,
but the old .html and .scss files stayed behind and were never referenced
again. Delete the two orphaned files.
