This PR brings the Turkish localization to full parity with the application's current state.
### 🔄 Synchronization & Updates
- **Complete Sync:** Added ~165 missing translation keys, achieving 100% coverage.
- *New Features Covered:* Xtream Codes management, Stalker Portal settings, EPG status messages, Download manager states, and Welcome screen onboarding.
- **Correction:** Updated remote control port description to reflect the correct default port (`8765`), fixing a legacy mismatch.
- **Structure:** Ensured the translation file strictly follows the hierarchical key order of the source configuration.
- Shorten German settings TITLE from "Einstellungen / IPTVnator" to
"Einstellungen" to remove redundant app name and keep UI labels concise.
- Reformat and normalize Korean i18n JSON indentation and structure to
match expected layout (consistent nesting and whitespace).
- Reintroduce missing HOME -> nested sections (TABS, PLAYLISTS,
FILE_UPLOAD, URL_UPLOAD, TEXT_IMPORT, STALKER_PORTAL, XTREAM_PLAYLIST)
in ko.json to restore previously collapsed keys and ensure all keys
are present for runtime lookup.
- Fix several untranslated/placeholder labels and ensure key presence
for dialogs, validations and UI strings so translations load
consistently across components.
