Harvey Zhao 911c88d95f feat(progress): enhance progress tooltip and hover effects

- Updated the progress tooltip to display the current time or '00:00' when no time is available.
- Improved hover functionality by adding/removing a class on the player element based on the hover state.
- Refactored mousemove event handling to streamline tooltip visibility and highlight display logic.
- Removed unnecessary display property manipulation for the tooltip in CSS.
