Harvey Zhao 04b955f455 Enhance liquid glass plugin styles: update background properties and blur effect 
- Removed !important from background-image in the art-bottom class.
- Increased blur effect to 12px for the art-liquid-glass class.
- Changed background color to a darker rgba value for better visibility.
